Where are the vessels located?

 

Our vessels are located at Marina Palms Yacht Club, North Miami Beach, FL.
 

What are the best airport options to fly into?
 

The closest airports to fly into are Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (about a 25-minute drive) and Miami International Airport (about a 35-minute drive).

 

Is fishing available?

 

No, fishing is currently unavailable on our vessels. We are looking to add fishing charters in the future.  

 

Is smoking allowed on the vessels?

We ask our guests to please not smoke in any indoor location of the vessels. Smoking is permitted at least 5 feet from doorways. ​

 

Are meals and spirits included?

Guest can request provisions and any key essentials that we will arrange to acquire before setting off—there’s a fair market markup of  20% to cover travel and labor costs associated with requests. You can also bring food and drink on your own.

 

Are pets welcome? ​

Our pets are our best friends, but for their safety, we ask guests to please not bring them along. Service dogs welcome.

 

Are there discounts for renting longer than a day? ​

Voyages for longer than a day are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly so we can coordinate the best pricing and luxury experience.

 

Are any of the boats handicapped accessible?

Our boats are not handicap accessible, but our Captain and crew are happy to do everything possible to help accommodate our guests who have any special request.

 

What if I get seasick?

If you’re prone to getting seasick, we suggest taking Dramamine before the voyage and sitting in the stern of the boat. If someone gets sick while on the voyage, we can return to the dock to drop them off. ​

 

Can the vessels accommodate small special events, like a wedding or proposal?

Our boats can accommodate up to 12 people and any event that comes with those people!

 

What is the refund policy?

If the weather does not permit us to set sail, we will issue a full refund. If the determination is made to return to shore due to bad weather, we will bill for the time used. The Captain and Coast Guard will decide if weather is permissible.

 

Are inspections done to ensure safety?

All of our vessels are thoroughly inspected daily by our licensed Captain and crew.

 

What services are provided by the First and Second Mate?

The First and Second Mate, Wayne and Michelle, will handle all hospitality requests. These requests can range from airport transportation an picking up provisions to food and drink preparation.

How do I pay?

We offer an onsite payment option using our secure square reader platform. We also provide a safe online payment option through our website.
